Back in Shah Alam (2005 - 2009) i was fat. at that time i was:
weight :49 kg (and once i was even 51kg)
height :145cm
BMI : 23.3 (still normal but near 25. 25 is overweight)
measurement :35-28-36.
jeans size: 28
hahah, how unflattering. plus i'm short so i kinda looked like a dwarf. a fat dwarf. haha :D

However, since i started working in Penang in July 2009, i started losing weight, i guess it was due to work and walking a lot, i lost some weight.
it surprised me cuz my jeans size also dropped to 26! (PDI jeans)
In 2010, i started working in Dungun and i was under a lot of stress since the first day i work, all the way throughout the first 8 to 9 months of working and i lost even more weight.

it was pretty drastic.

towards the end of 2010, i gained weight. i binge eating on fastfood (not intentionally to gain weight but i just loved them so much that i kept eating them) and i gained weight.
At the end of October 2010, i began gaining weight again...

but the past few weeks, i've been feeling light about my body.

and there was this one baju kurung moden i used to wear in early 2011, which was tight on me at that time.so i stopped wearing it.
but yesterday, since i had no choice but to wear that baju kurung moden, i put it on and guess what ?
it was loose! (i forgot to take some pics! )
and today i put on a tshirt that used to fit me just nice, but today the tshirt too is loose.and yesterday i bought a measuring tape and i measured myself.
as of yesterday and today, this is the latest me ( and no, i'm not fasting yet because of that monthly visit)

frankly i have no idea what makes me lose weight. i'm not on a diet, nor do i exercise.

Every weekdays (Sunday - Thursday)
BREAKFAST : 1/3 plate of rice with fried chicken
LUNCH: A large meal of McD or 1 large pepsi, 1 large fries and 2 pieces fried chicken off KFC (yes, i have KFC/MCD almost every weekdays! say 3-4 days out of 5 days?)
and on weekends i usually eat rice (1/3 plate) once a day or i don't eat rice and just eat bread or chicken chop.

so, you judge. can my meal portion be considered as small portion? because frankly my stomach is easily full. once in penang i tried to eat one plate full of rice and i almost vomited because it was way too much for me.
at that time, the most i could eat was 1/2 plate of rice. but these days i eat only 1/3 plate of rice.
let me reassure you again, no, it's not me dieting, this is just how i eat. this is the way my stomach accepts food.
